Please note that you only ask questions regarding Genesis Child Themes made by me. General WordPress and WordPress theme questions or questions regarding WordPress plugins wil not be answered and will be deleted. Please understand that we can only provide feedback and support for my Premium Genesis Themes. I don’t give support for my free themes.
Do you need Genesis Framework support? Check out the forums at StudioPress. There, someone will surely help you back on track.
I don’t provide help with:
- – Individual theme customizations that are not part of the default theme features of the particular theme
- – The installation of external WordPress plugins that are not default plugins with the theme
- – Problems that occur, because of an outdated WordPress or Genesis installation.
I’m happy to help my customers with theme related support via email. I don’t provide any support via twitter or other social platforms. I try to answer each question as quickly as possible, but response time can sometimes take up to 24 hours. (A bit longer when I’m on vacation)
And last but not least: If you’re nice and polite to me and you send me your Theme Purchase Number I will always answer your question.
